About the event
Barkley Village and DVSAS are teaming up again for the second annual Barkley Village Wine Walk being held Friday, April 12th, from 5:00-8:00 pm. Participants can stroll through 12 Barkley Village shops and restaurants as they taste regional wines in pop-up tasting rooms. All attendees will receive a keepsake wine glass, a goodie bag provided by Haggen Food & Pharmacy and 8 wine tasting tickets for only $30 with tickets and additional information available at www.BellinghamWineWalk.com.
The fun begins at 5:00 pm with check in locations at either John L. Scott or Country Financial where participants can pick up their wine walk maps, glasses, goodie bags and tasting tickets before they make their way through the village to taste delicious wine.

New this year: Outdoor beer garden
Don’t like wine but want to support the cause and have a great time? Overflow Taps will be hosting an outdoor beer garden throughout the event and into the evening located just outside their doors on Newmarket Street. On top of that, Overflow Taps has agreed to donate $0.25 for every pint purchased throughout the event to DVSAS!
New This Year: VIP After party - $20 add on at checkout
In addition to the exciting beer garden, Overlow Taps will be hosting a VIP after party from 8:00-10:00 pm including gourmet cheese platters and a full glass of wine in a swanky setting for only $20 per person as an add-on ticket at checkout. End your wine walk right with some great food in a fun atmosphere at Overflow Taps!
New This Year: Sage Against the machine food truck
Want some food with your wine? In addition to 10+ restaurants throughout Barkley Village, this year’s wine walk will include the popular Sage Against The Machine food truck parked in the middle of all the wine tasting action. Grab a delicious vegan entree before, during, or after the event!
How to purchase the wine you taste:
Like a particular wine you tasted on the walk and want to take a bottle home? End the night by purchasing your favorite wines to enjoy throughout the spring in our retail wine store located within the offices of John L. Scott Real Estate Bellingham.
